Necker Island is a great rock 0.5 km. long and 15 m.
high, bordered by
white beaches and protected by the reef, in front of
Virgin Gorda's northern coast, beyond the Virgin Sound.
To give more fame was Richard Branson, multi-milionar founder of the
Virgin records and Virgin Atlantic and above all enthusiast sailor
who bought
the whole island from the previous owner.
